Smoked Beef Ribs
Coat all sides with a savory dry rub.
Place them on the smoker for 2 hours @ 225 degrees.
After 2 hours remove and wrap with foil add some beef broth and half stick of butter. Place back on grill for 4 more hours.
Last hour uncover and baste your ribs with a bbq sauce and let them finish cooking. The internal temp around 190 to 200 degrees (95c) and are very tender.
