Smoked Wild Cherry Pepsi Pork Butt

In this video we show you how to make Wild Cherry Pepsi Pulled Pork. We love to cook Pork Butt and add sweet flavors. In this cook we trim, prep, and smoke a Pork Butt. We spritzed every hour with Wild Cherry Pepsi. We hope you enjoy!

Step 1 - Trim fat and cover all sides with your favorite bbq dry rub.

Step 2 - Fire up smoker to 250 degrees

Step 3 - Put pork butt fat side down on the smoker.

Step 4 - Smoke at 250 for 2.5-3 hours (Leave lid closed the entire time)

Step 5 - After 3 hours open smoker and spritz all sides with Wild Cherry Pepsi.

Step 6 - Repeat every hour

Step 7 - Once the pork butt has the bark and color you like or internal temp of pork reaches 145-160. Remove and place in foil pan and cover with foil.

Step 8 - Place back on smoker and raise put temp to 300 degrees.

Step 9 - Cook until internal temp of Pork hits 195-203.

Step 10 - remove and let it vent and rest for 1 hour.

Step 11 - In a saucepan pour 4 cups of Wild Cherry Pepsi and reduce. Add the reduced mixture to your favorite bbq sauce.

Step 12 - Shred pork and mix in bbq sauce. Enjoy!
