Mesquite Smoked Salt
Fill a pan with salt (make sure the pan can go inside the grill). Evenly spread salt so it's distributed across pan. Make sure there are no clumps.
Use a spray bottle and mist the top layer of salt. (You will continue to do this ever hour)
Place in your smoker
I recommend using applewood or mesquite wood.Place smoker on lowest temp or use a smoke tube. Start the smoking and every hour stir the salt and mist it.
Continue this for 3-4 hours, until the salt has evenly changed color. Cool the salt to room temperature, then move it to a jar and cover.
