Peach Sweet & Tangy Glaze
1C Peach Jelly
1/2C of Apple cider vinegar
1/4C Corn syrup
1tbls minced garlic
2tbls olive oil
1tbls of soy sauce
1tspn of mustard
1/2tspn of salt
1/2tspn of Pepper
Blend to a purée, bring to a boil, then remove and stir.
This glaze is a perfect blend of sweet and tangy and pairs well with pork!
