Mexican Coleslaw
New recipe for Summer cooks!
Creamy Mexican Coleslaw
1 bag of Coleslaw cabbage
1 can of corn
1 can of red kidney beans or black beans
1 small can of green chile's
1/2 Cup of chopped Cilantro
1 Cup of Mayo
1 packet of Taco seasoning
1 tablespoon of Lime juice
Mix mayo + taco seasoning. Stir all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate and rest for 30-60min.
